Holiday Sales

Published by beakerwriter at 9:13 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Anytime there is a holiday you can expect sales to go up. A lot of people take the opportunity of a holiday to list their items. But, the best way to take advantage of a holiday is to list the items the week before so that they are ending on the holiday. with more people home from work and with extra hours of leisure time, many more will be shopping on eBay.

The default setting for searches is no longer the items ending soonest. However, people who don’t want to wait as long for items will change their search setting to it. Also, people who have put items on their watch list throughout the week, hoping to have time to look at the items later, will get an email saying the item is about to end. That’s a little more exposure for the items on the day that the items are ending.

This is a really good reminder. Online sales are kinda like the fashion industry; you have to stay a season ahead!
