Ebay has gotten really horrible. Everyone is bound to get a bad customer who wants everything for nothing. It's hard enough to make anything with postage rates being so expensive. I've not done business since I got a woman who tried everything to get a refund for something. She bought a lot of new & used diaper bag, changing pad, and a bunch of other supplies and only paid about $4 plus free s&h. So, really I was out of more than I earned. She in turn, left the package outside and it rained soaking everything inside. Instead of accepting the fact that she didn't pay extra for insurance like I suggested, and that exactly what I warned of her of happened she blamed me for her mistake of not answering the delivery and leaving it outside in the rain. Thankfully, I heard no more complaining or asking for a refund after I gave her the information form the delivery confirmation in which the delivery person said that they attempted delivery several times and she never answered the door, so they left it on her apartment step. I checked the weather for the delivery date, and of course it was raining heavily that day. The person was also nice enough to note that on the confirmation. After letting her know all of this, she finally stopped bothering me. Thankfully, she left no feedback at all after she figured out she couldn't keep the items and get her money back. I found a different auction site which I joined. I hope you don't encounter anymore of these terrible buyers. Ebay really needs to take a second look at their policies on this. I plan on blogging about this new auction site I've joined. The fees there are much lower than Ebay, but they need more members. So keep an eye out, I'll most likely be posting about this auction site today.
